When you use this site, pre-qualify for products or services, request a quote or complete purchase orders, we ask that you provide identifying information and demographic information about yourself and/or your company (e.g. company name, customer ID #, email, phone number, address, state or residence, tax ID etc.). This information is required and it is used to identify you as a unique user, customer or willing prospect. DPI will never ask for confirmation of your personal or account information through an email, and you should never respond to an email (especially unsolicited email) that asks for your personal information.

DPI’s web server automatically recognizes only your IP address when you visit our website as an anonymous visitor (without logging in). DPI may also collects aggregate information about pages visited within our website.

Our Policy for Children
Our website is not intended to attract children under the age of 13. We do not use our website to knowingly solicit information from or market to children under the age of 18. Parents and/or guardians are solely responsible for supervising their minor children’s use of our website.

Return Policy
No products purchased through this website can be returned without an authorization number. We do not accept returns on chemicals or coatings. Returns must be made within 15 days of invoice and must be in new condition as determined exclusively by DPI. Raw materials returned must be shipped prepaid. Discontinued items, custom orders or items that have been out of our factory for 3 months or longer cannot be returned. Returns subject to minimum 15% restocking fee at the sole discretion of DPI.
Limited Warranty
All of our products carry a six-month limited warranty. When products are shipped and it is discovered that they arrive defective or damaged, Demand must be notified within 3 days of receipt of defective or damaged merchandise or shortages. Defective products will either be replaced or repaired at no charge. If it is determined that a charge is necessary due to usage or abused products, customers will be notified in writing of any charges in advance of repair. The maximum amount of Liability DPI shall have is the actual purchase price of products obtained through this website. (see below)

Pricing
Good faith efforts are made to maintain correct and accurate pricing of all products and items listed on this website and in our catalogues. Should a pricing error occur, Demand Products, Inc. has up to thirty (30) calendar days to notify the purchaser of the error in pricing and the correct price. Demand Products, Inc shall not be liable for honoring the incorrect listed price or for any loss the purchaser may incur if the product is not shipped or fulfilled at the listed price.

Dispute Resolution

If any provision of this agreement shall be unlawful, void, or for any reason unenforceable, then that provision shall be deemed severable from this agreement and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions. Any Cause of action shall be brought exclusively in the Arbitration offices of the American Arbitration Association (AAA) with exclusive venue in Fulton County, Georgia after a two month period of good faith negotiations between the parties. This is the entire agreement between the parties relating to the subject matter herein and shall not be modified except in writing, signed by Demand Product, Inc. Any damages found under this agreement are expressly limited to the dollar amount of the Products or Services obtained by using this site.
