Flush Mount, Nylon    Triangular    Extremely Strong    Vibration-Resistant

Description: The anchor is divided into three parts and compacts AAC over a relatively wide area resulting in an extremely strong and vibration resistant connection. Made of nylon this unique triangular shaped anchor locks its exterior ridges into the compressed wall of the drilled hole.

Applications: For flush applications, as opposed to "push-through". Suitable for a wide variety of uses such as attachment of Bathroom Fixtures, Cabinetry, Handrails, Floor Posts, Water Pipes, and HVAC Systems.

Installation: The anchor is is hammered into a pre-drilled or "pressed" hole until flush with the AAC surface. The insertion process begins the compaction of the AAC in the area surrounding the hole. As the screw is tightened, expansion of the anchor continues until the screw passes through its end. The screw cuts its own threads as it enters the anchor and cannot be stripped out or over torqued during the installation process.
