Tox AAC VLF Frame Anchor

Push-Through Application Fast Pre-Assembled Metal Tip

Description: A highly effective anchoring system for a wide variety of applications. This anchor is composed of a polyethylene expansion body formed around a hardened steel shaft and capped by a metal tip. This anchor forms a knot deep within the AAC. Can be hammered into position without pre-drilling. Available with either flat or hex head.

Applications: Door & Window Frames, Bathroom Fixtures, Curtain Rods, Hand Rails, and as a General Purpose Fastener where speed of installation is important.

Installation: The anchor is passed through the object to be anchored and hammered into the AAC, then tightened until significant resistance is felt. In P6 or greater AAC pre-drilling is suggested. A small line on the anchor indicates minimum imbedment.

Load Values: Suggested load values for VLF Anchors reflect tensile strength in AAC - 5.0 (P4). All suggested load values have been reduced by a security factor of five.
