CUTLAS VERTICAL BAND SAW FOAM CUTTER 1500

• Our "Large" Vertical Band Saw Foam CutterMachine works with a stationary cutting unit, and a manually movable table (mounted on ball bearings) Table is lightweight aluminum with tube steel frame.

• The continuous band knife is sharpened by motorized grinding wheels during the cutting process - knife tension is manually adjustable.

• Adjustment to material thickness is via a hand wheel  with scalable rod, operates over the entire cutting area,

• Safety package – includes guards, operation warning light, main electrical disconnect switch and appropriate warning labels (decals)

• Customer is responsible to provide security barrier and to train operators on safe operation prior to operating machine.
