HK1-V (Fastwire contour cutter)is the first generation of CNC foam cutting machine since our company was founded. It's easy to learn and operate. Although it will cause some dust during cutting,it's the best choice to use HK1-V to cut some special material,such as very hard PU foam,EVA,PE,PEE and so on,which can not be cut with CNC oscillating blade cutting machine. The table is 209" × 120" × 105", the maximum bun/block size is 98.4"(L) × 86.6"(W) × 47.2."(H).

All Cutlas Fast Wire machines are driven by our remarkable profiler software, which speeds up the design process and enables the operator to obtain the best yield from the foam block
