MAX-PAK VERTICAL FIBER, CARPET REBOND FOAM, PLASTIC FILM & PET PLASTIC WASTE BALER

Since 1976, MAX-PAK has been building some of the industry's most durable and efficient balers. Machines are designed with heavy-duty frames that resist the bowing in doors and walls that are common on competitive models while high-quality hydraulic and electrical components ensure that the units will operate for long periods of time with little maintenance. Furthermore, every MAX-PAK baler is engineered to meet or exceed applicable safety standards.

We’ve engineered our foam baler specifically for the unique challenges of foam. Our passive spring-loaded dawg retention system eliminates spring back, and eliminates the need for an auxiliary hydraulic system common with other foam balers. When foam fights back it can send a shock through the hydraulic system, but our dampened system cushions the hydraulics, which prevents leaks and reduces maintenance costs.  Our wide mouth feed openings eliminate the need for shredders when foam goes into our balers, and our unique design provides superior bale escapement when you’re done.

Other companies modify cardboard and plastic balers to accommodate foam and fiber, but we’ve learned that foam is a different beast altogether. What works on cardboard or plastic just won’t handle foam – from feed openings, to hydraulic systems, to material retention and bale escapment. So we took a different approach, and designed a baler specifically made to tame the beast.

  • Model designed specifically for foam or fiber
  • Model DP06F will also bale carpet salvage and shredded ONP
  • Bale size 30" x 48" x 60"
  • Bale weight 750 lbs. for foam, and up to 1200 lbs. for shredded ONP
  • Packing force 73,502 lbs. at 2600 psi
  • 3 - 6" retainer dogs front and back
  • Sharks teeth
  • Counter balanced easy-to-open feed door
  • Soft shift, low shock hydraulic circuit
  • Dual chain semi-automatic bale ejection system
