Wintech Dual Oscillating Blade Foam Cutter

DUAL OSCILLATING BLADE CONTOUR CUTTER
3D cutting made simple with dual axis profiling
3D profiling has never been simpler than with the Dual Axis Contour Cutter. With the combination of the powerful Wintech Profiler software and the Dual Axis Contour Cutter, 3D shape design is as simple as drawing a horizontal profile and then a vertical one. Where the array of the nested vertical and horizontal contours intersect, the 3D shapes are created. As there is a blade for both the vertical and horizontal contours, there is no need for block handling until the job is finished.
2D shapes may also be created, as in single blade machines, and the other axis then used to cut the contour shapes to width (or height).
optimising yield & minimising handling
By providing both horizontal and vertical blades, only the Wintech Dual Oscillating Blade Contour Cutter allows you to choose on which face of the block you will profile and so ensure the best possible yield from the block. In 2D cutting, the added benefit is that the other blade is available to perform the slicing to width or height function, all while the block is still on the machine.
Like all of Wintech's machines, the Dual Oscillating Blade Contour Cutter is controlled by the simple-to-use Wintech assisted design, nesting and machine control program that makes the operation of the machine easy to staff at all levels.
high speed oscillating blade
Wintech's high blade speed (50 cycles / second) gives over 3 times the acceleration of other machines. The blade moves so fast that the foam is cut rather than vibrated.
With an oscillating blade, unlimited rotation is possible. Machines that use a continuous blade need to repeatedly stop cutting to perform an untwist of the blade and then recommence, adding time to the profiling job and increasing the spacing required between nested shapes.
automated block support
For improved accuracy when profiling with the vertical or horizontal blades, an optional block support can be provided. Using motorized rollers synchronized with the conveyor, the clamp stabilizes the block when profiling complimenting the precision with which the dual blade profiler cuts.
The clamp is raised or lowered using the horizontal blade transport, minimizing operator involvement and set up time required. When it is not in use, it is safely stored above the blades and block until required.
fast blade changes
The fine but inexpensive blades take only minutes to change. To remove a blade, a simple tool is used to release the blade from the blade clamp and the blade is then slid out. A new blade is easily inserted into the clamp and the machine is ready for use again.
The whole operation literally takes only a matter of minutes, ensuring maximum machine availability for the business of cutting foam.
comprehensive safety systems
The Oscillating Blade machine includes comprehensive safety systems to ensure incident free operation. These systems include full length safety screens with interlocking switches and a number of emergency stop switches. Activation of one of these switches results in the immediate stopping of the blade motor. There are also air and oil sensors, blade tension sensors, and limit switches to ensure safe and trouble free machine operation.
powerful software
The Wintech Profiler software is exactly the type of feature rich package required to fully exploit the advantages of the Wintech range of Contour Cutters. It is simple to use so that operators have a minimal learning curve, and yet has many features available to ensure that the software keeps pace with a business's many requirements.
in summary
Wintech's range of computer controlled Contour Machine Cutters are designed to help foam converters improve their productivity, efficiency and quality.

Warranty Info
Warranty – New Machines
For a period of twelve (12) months or two thousand hours* (2000) machine hours from date of commissioning by the Company or its nominated agent, whichever occurs first. The Company or its agents will replace or repair, free of charge (ex-works) any parts found to be defective provided that the failure has occurred during ordinary use of the equipment and provided the defective parts are returned, carriage paid, to the premises of the Company for the purpose of assessment (see Warranty Claim Procedures). The Company’s liability under these Terms is expressly limited to replacement of defective parts or incorrectly supplied parts or a liability to pay the Buyer an amount equal to whichever is the lowest amount of:
a) Cost of replacement Goods;
b) Cost of equivalent Goods; or
c) Cost of having the Goods repaired,
Installation of the Company machines shall be carried out by the Company or by an approved agent. Failure to do so will void the machine warranty.
All freight, local import taxes, duties, levies and the like, travel, accommodation and out-of-pocket expenses incurred in replacement or repair of equipment is to be borne by the Buyer. Any decision to waiver these costs (in part or in full) remains at the sole discretion of the Company. No precedence for future waiving of any costs is implied nor intended and the normal terms and conditions of warranty apply unless otherwise stated (in writing) by the Company.
If the goods are not manufactured by the Company, the guarantee of the manufacturer of those Goods is accepted by the Buyer and is the only guarantee given to the Buyer with respect to those Goods. The Company agrees to assign to the Buyer upon request by the Buyer, the benefit of any warranty or entitlement to the Goods that the manufacturer has granted to the Company to the extent that such is assignable.
While it is not recommended to connect to the internet, we do highly recommend that antivirus and spyware software be installed by Buyer immediately after installation of machine.
*NB Machine hours accumulate whenever power is applied to the cabinet (Operators Console).
Warranty – Spare Parts
Spare Parts are warranted for a period of six (6) months from date of sale by the Company or its nominated agents. The Company or its agents will replace or repair, free of charge (ex-works) any spare parts found to be defective provided that the failure has occurred during ordinary use of the equipment and that the defective parts are returned, carriage paid, to the premises of the Company for the purpose of assessment (see Warranty Claim Procedures).
