HK1（Fastwire contour foam cutter) is the first generation of CNC foam cutting machine since our company was founded.  It's easy to learn and operate.  Although it will cause some dust during cutting,it's the best choice to use HK1 to cut some special material,such as very hard PU foam,EVA,PE,PEE and so on,which can not be cut with CNC oscillating blade cutting machine. The table is 209"×120"×105", the block size or the layers of foam can also be 104"×85"×47".

The Demand Fast wire Contour Cutter is a versatile machine, which uses an abrasive wire moving at high-speed to enable it to cut complex 2D shapes from a wide range of rigid and flexible foams. Suitable for cutting flexible and rigid PU, EPS, PE, PVC, EVA, Rock wool and phenol foams.  All Cutlas Fast Wire machines are driven by our remarkable profiler software, which speeds up the design process and enables the operator to obtain the best yield from the foam block
