MODEL DPFB285 FOAM DENSIFIER

The DPFB285 is a complete system with single extruder. It is designed to shred and densify expanded polystyrene, polyethylene and polypropylene. It processes 400-450 lbs. per hour of loose foam, depending on the foam type and density. Volume reduction of the foam is approximately 90 to 1.

The FB Series systems were designed to fit a range of customer recycling needs based on their processing requirement of scrap foam. They are larger models which work well for locations that generate higher volumes of foam. These systems have a blower, hopper, gravity-fed extruder(s) and a pre-breaker to shred and break up the foam.

Warranty Info

Return Policy
No merchandise can be returned without an authorization number. We do not accept returns on chemicals or coatings. Returns must be made within 15 days of invoice and must be in new condition. Materials returned must be shipped prepaid. Discontinued items, custom orders or items that have been out of our factory for 3 months or longer cannot be returned. Returns subject to minimum 15% restocking fee.

Warranty
All of our products carry an unconditional 6-month guarantee, but Demand must be notified within 48 hours of receipt of defective or damaged merchandise or shortages. Defective products will either be replaced or repaired at no charge. Abused tools will be repaired and returned only if the customer consents to charges in writing.
