HEAT DIAL HOT KNIFE CRAFT CUTTER

The 130 watts powered in this hot knife can quickly and cleanly cut foam, EIFS, ICF, nylon rope, webbing, synthetic fabric and plastic! Features include a depth-adjusting sled up to 5-7/16” to provide more control and an auto-off feature for added safety. This hot knife is perfect for any hobbyist sculpting candles, foam or other arts and crafts!

To avoid overheating and damaging the hot knife, depress the trigger for 15 seconds, then release the trigger for 15 seconds. Continue this cycle for a maximum of 5 minutes. Then let the hot knife rest for 2-1/2 minutes. Using the knife longer than 5 minutes at a time will cause heat damage and is not covered by the warranty.

Return Policy
No merchandise can be returned without an authorization number. We do not accept returns on chemicals or coatings. Returns must be made within 15 days of invoice and must be in new condition. Materials returned must be shipped prepaid. Discontinued items, custom orders or items that have been out of our factory for 3 months or longer cannot be returned. Returns subject to minimum 15% restocking fee.

Warranty
All of our products carry an unconditional 6-month guarantee, but Demand must be notified within 48 hours of receipt of defective or damaged merchandise or shortages. Defective products will either be replaced or repaired at no charge. Abused tools will be repaired and returned only if the customer consents to charges in writing.
