MODEL DPFD10 FOAM DENSIFIER

The DPFD10 can densify expanded polystyrene, EPS, foam. The FD-10 can process between 50-60 lbs per hour of loose foam depending on the foam type and density. The volume reduction of the foam is approximately 90 to 1.

The FD Series melt densifiers are hand-fed machines to process foam through a process of shredding while adding heat to densify and extrude a purge patty which becomes the final recycling product. All of our foam densifiers have passed rigorous air quality testing for health and environmental safety. Demand provides equipment financing and special program offers, as well as a one-year warranty on all parts and labor.

Warranty Info

Return Policy
No merchandise can be returned without an authorization number. We do not accept returns on chemicals or coatings. Returns must be made within 15 days of invoice and must be in new condition. Materials returned must be shipped prepaid. Discontinued items, custom orders or items that have been out of our factory for 3 months or longer cannot be returned. Returns subject to minimum 15% restocking fee.

Warranty
All of our products carry an unconditional 6-month guarantee, but Demand must be notified within 48 hours of receipt of defective or damaged merchandise or shortages. Defective products will either be replaced or repaired at no charge. Abused tools will be repaired and returned only if the customer consents to charges in writing.
