CUTLAS 65", 84" & 92" FOAM CONVOLUTERS

Suitable for cutting high density (memory foam) and high

hardness.  Capable of multiple patterns per cut (with appropriate

profile rings)

Features

• Machine convoluter is solid carbon steel construction, with a carbon steel (45) mandrel - Diameter of 130mm (~5”)
• Cut foam slabs from 25mm to 152mm thick (1 In. to 6 in.) Material is compressed by profile rollers in front of band knife prior to cutting. Material width offered is either 1650mm, 2150mm or 2340mm (65", 84" or 92") The material to be split is fed into the continuous band knife by means of two (2) profile rollers (with interchangeable profile rings).
• Standard profiles available including hump and zigzag - special order profiles are available.
• Motor driven adjustment for upper and lower profile rollers, with manual fine tuning adjustment.
• Feeding speed is infinitely adjustable between 1 m to 18 m/minute sec (3.3 ft. to 59 ft./minute)
• Motor driven grinding wheels for bandknife. Bandknife is a continuous loop - 0.9mm x 65mm.
• Safety package – includes operator guards, blade break switch, operation (blade running) warning light, main electrical disconnectbutton, in-feed emergency stop switch, discharge emergency stop switch, and switch and appropriate warning labels (decals).
