HK8 (Triple blade) is the best choice for any multi-use foam converter.  The two blades work independently.  The block size can be continuous × 91" × 51".

Horizontal Blade CNC is an efficient machine allowing intricate
contouring, block sheeting and simple spiral peeling. The HK5 has
a small footprint; advantages are quick blade changes and high
speed oscillation with a high quality electronic cabinet.

Vertical Blade CNC Oscillating blade foam cutter machine with hold down bar allows for smooth and efficient processing of most all flexible foams.

All motors will stop when the safety door be opened.  Emergency button on both machine and control box for accident; brake system when cutting line broken.
