CUTLAS HS SERIES FOAM SLITTER SAW

This machine adopts the advanced imported inverter timing controlled techniques. It is used for the reciprocating action for flatly slicing of quadrate foam. Fully automatism number controlled. It’s operation is handy and cutting is exact. This machine can also be supplied with a pressure roller.

Features

A stationary cutting unit, and a circulating bandknife. Table is wood panel covered with abrasive “non-slip” surface.
The continuous band knife is sharpened by motorized grinding wheels during the cutting process
Automatic program for preselected cutting thicknesses and quantities (3-1200 mm / .118”-47.2”) with increments of .05mm (.002”) andcutting angle of 0-5 degree. Cutting angle and table speed adjustable for forward and backward movement.
Safety package – includes running light, operator guards, operation warning light, blade break disconnect switch, main electrical lockabledisconnect switch, console mounted emergency stop switch, and appropriate warning labels (decals)
Customer is responsible to provide security barrier and to train operators on safe operation prior to operating machine.
