This one-component, high-performance gun-grade sealant forms a flexible, airtight and water-resistant seal against moisture, and other environmental conditions. Durable Ultra-Tech offers superior adhesion and flexibility — with 800% elongation.

Once cured, Ultra-Tech exceeds the requirements of the following:

• Federal Specification TTS-00230C, Type S, Class A
• ASTM C-920, Grade NS, Class 25
• ASTM C-834, Type OP, -18° C

Use Ultra-Tech to caulk the butt joints, ends, angles, corners and intersections of Plastic Components’ PVC accessories at time of installation.

_{Installation Guidelines}

Surfaces to be caulked must be dry and free of all dirt, dust, mildew, oil or other contaminants. Apply Ultra-Tech only when surface and air temperatures are above 40° F and rising. Do not apply on surfaces that exceed 140° F, or when rain is expected.

Application: Cut nozzle at 45° angle. Cured bead should be between 1/8" and 1/2". Use backer rod for gaps larger than 1/2". Smooth bead with moistened cloth. Clean tools with soap and water. Allow 4 to 6 hours cure time before painting. Not intended for areas that will be submerged in water. KEEP FROM FREEZING. KEEP OUT OF REACH OF CHILDREN.
