FOAM HARDCOAT SPRAY COATING

2-Part Coatings in 55 Gallon Drums

HardCoat is used for theme design, 3d prop fabrication  making movie set environments, hard coating precast molds, making surfaces water resistant and other industrial applications.  Cured BardCoat Spray plastic is lightweight, flame, impact, and water resistant.  Hard Coat Spray Polyurethane Plastic is a flame rated (E-84).  HardCoat Poly Spray polyurethane plastic is formulated to economically coat a variety of surfaces.  HardCoat Spray cures in about 2 seconds and can be applied to vertical surfaces without running off.  An advantage of the system is that large areas can be covered in a short period of time.  It can be sanded for priming and painting.  HardCoat Spray plastic can also be sprayed into a rubber mold to make fast, impact resistant castings (application of a release agent may be necessary before spraying into the mold).

#1235 100% polyurethane sprays semi-smooth. Not as durable as polyurea, buta cheaper alternative. Can be used interior/exterior, but brittle in cold environments and soft in hot climates.

#1235FR  Same properties as #1235 but Class 2/B fire-rated.

#0445 Polyurea hybrid sprays semi-smooth. Very Durable. For interior/exterior Applications.

#07003 100% pure polyurea sprays super smooth. Very durable. For interior/exterior applications. Can be brittle to hard impacts. Excellent for molds.

#86053 100% polyurethane. Class 1/a fire rated. Designed for EPS for interior use. Same characteristics as #1235.
